Dr. Evan Osar
Evan Osar is the developer of the Integrative Movement Specialist™ certification designed specifically to aid the fitness professional establish themselves as an invaluable part of their client’s health care team. In addition to his chiropractic degree, Dr. Osar has earned national certifications through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), and The Soma Institute – National School for Clinical Massage Therapy.
He is the founder of Fitness Education Seminars, an education company with the mission of helping trainers and therapists recognize their role as a part of the solution to the health care crisis. An internationally renowned speaker, Dr. Osar presents for several national and international organizations including American Council on Exercise, Club Industry, ECA World Fitness, IDEA, NSCA, Perform Better, Medical Fitness Association, Asia Fit, FILEX, AECC, British Chiropractic Association and Norwegian Chiropractic Association. He specializes in bringing advanced training and rehabilitation strategies to the fitness and bodywork professional that works with the pre and post-rehabilitation and the general population client.
Additionally, he has developed over a dozen resources including courses, manuals, and DVD’s to support the educational needs of the next generation of health care professional. His mission is to help fitness professionals think bigger about their role in the lives of their clients.
Jenice is the Director of Fitness Education Seminars, as well as, Chicago Integrative Movement Specialists. Jenice oversees and organizes the seminars, product sales, and marketing for Fitness Education Seminars.
Jenice has developed seminars for massage therapists in the area of fascial techniques, scar tissue therapy and client education strategies.
Jenice is Dr. Osar’s teaching assistant at conferences and for the Integrative Movement Specialist™ certification.
Dedicated in her study of the body, Sara began her professional career as a dancer, but continued on to receive her personal training certification in 2002 from the American Council on Exercise. Since then she has furthered her study with a certification in perinatal fitness from Healthy Moms Fitness in 2003 and a certification as an Integrated Movement Specialist in 2009.
Early in her career she co-founded Woman Centered Fitness where she designed and taught several fitness classes for women and has since gone on to author 2 chapters on perinatal fitness in Complete Program Design: For the Rest of Us by Evan Osar (www.iihfe.com). In March of 2017, she and Jenice Mattek released their first book What Lies Beneath: the Under-realized Effects of Breast, Abdominal, & Pelvic Surgeries; How They Affect You; & What You Can Do About It.
Recently, Sara and Jenice Mattek created The Wellness Approach for Women who have a history of breast, chest, abdominal, and/or pelvic surgeries. Together, Sara and Jenice help both women and men move beyond the pain and compensations caused by surgical procedures through a powerful combination of manual therapy and corrective movement patterns. Sara can also be found teaching other health and fitness professionals about functional movement as well as teaching conditioning strategies for dancers. Currently, she sees private clients in the clinic and assists Dr. Osar and Jenice Mattek in teaching the ICEI and IMS programs to other professionals whether it’s in the Chicago area or abroad.
Whether teaching group classes or working one-on-one, she helps her clients meet their fitness goals through customized fitness techniques, and when she’s not doing that, Sara enjoys her time with her husband, 2 boys, and the family’s fur baby.
Provides administrative support to the Chicago Integrative Movement Specialists and at The Institute for Integrative Health & Fitness Education. Originally from Denver, she has worked in a administrative capacity since 2008. She received her BA in English from the University of Colorado at Boulder and now as office manager assists with day to day operations and marketing campaigns.

Sarah works with a wide variety of mature adults, helping them get fit and improve their health. Where she really excels is working with those who may feel physically challenged. Sarah specializes in working with individuals with a heart condition known as Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM) and other stable cardiac patients.
Sarah also has the ability to help those who have physical limitations. She’s passionate about moving her clients out of pain and towards healthy movement and exercise. Most clients experience Sarah as a personal trainer, and she is one of the most highly trained, experienced and certified trainers available to private clients. She is a passionate and perpetual student, enriching her practice from the best teachers in the field of health and fitness.
I am the owner of the Completely Fit personal training company located in Mt. Airy, Maryland. My company offers private and semi-private training options along with sports performance, team training and nutrition coaching.
Before starting my company, I taught health and physical education for 10 years. I graduated from Edinboro University with a degree in Education specializing in Athletic Training. Calling on my experience with college athletes and teaching middle school students, I decided to use my knowledge to help educate the general public on the benefits of physical fitness and healthy eating.
