Black Friday Shopping Today? Why You Want to Wait a Few Days…
Welcome to this edition of The Integrative Movement Insider™.
Today is Black Friday today here in the where retailers offer crazy deals in an effort to entice buyers into their stores and boost holiday sales.
Additionally, Monday known as Cyber Monday where retailers offer similar savings for those of us that like to shop on line.
However, while you can find bargains on some selected merchandise, most retailers continue to offer discounts through the holiday season and often, the best deals can often be found the week prior to the Christmas holiday…and often times directly after the holiday is over.
Many of you been asking us whether or not we will be offering any similar Black Friday or Cyber Monday sales.
So that we don’t overload your inbox with emails between now and next Monday, we are not having any Black Friday or Cyber Monday sales.
Rather, we will be having a special one-day end of year sale on Friday, November 30th so watch your inbox for more details on this one-day event.
Over the previous 2 weeks series of Integrative Movement Insider™ (IMI) I shared with you the 3 secrets to training individual’s that present to you with common spinal conditions – osteoarthritis, spinal stenosis, scoliosis, anterolisthesis or retrolisthesis.
We’re sharing this series with you for very one important reason…
Your general population clients – especially the baby boomers and seniors experiencing chronic tightness, discomfort, and/or the inability to perform at the levels they need or want – need a specialist like you to help them safely and successfully accomplish their health and fitness goals.
Therefore, I’m sharing with you the very same approach we use with our clients and patients in our office that present with common spinal conditions…
It’s also the very same approach each of us personally use to ensure our own spinal health 🙂
Today, I’ll share with you how to train neutral alignment in your clients with spinal conditions and why training neutral alignment is so vital for safely loading the spine.
And if you missed any of the first 3 parts of the series, I shared the 3 Secrets to Successfully training your clients with spinal conditions such as disc issues, osteoarthritis, and spinal stenosis.
Next week, I’ll be back with Part 5 of the Series where I’ll cover how to train neutral spine and how to safely progress your clients core exercises.
