Do You Know the Best Approach to Training the Female Core?
Last week was a blessed moment in my life…I celebrated my 50th Birthday. Having hit this milestone birthday has made me quite reflective of my life. Three of the greatest things I’ve realized in the last few months of reflection are:
1. How many ‘coincidences’ in life – from being adopted, to going to chiropractic school, to coming to Chicago and meeting my soulmate Jenice – are actually not coincidences at all. Rather, they were simply important, inevitable steps in my overall path.
2. There are and have been so many great people that I have met, interacted with, and are currently in my life. I truly feel blessed for each and every person that has had and still has an active role in my life. Thank you to each of you.
3. One of the greatest joys in my life – outside spending time with Jenice, my family, and friends – is getting to share in your personal journey. Getting to meet you, either virtually here through our blog and social media outlets or at live workshops and courses. I know that assisting you in educating, empowering, and transforming the lives of your clients, is my purpose, my calling in life.
Thank you for giving me that opportunity. I take that opportunity seriously and feel blessed and honored to be a part of your journey.
That’s exactly why Jenice and I have rededicated and recommitted ourselves to one singular purpose this year:
Help you make this year your best year as a health and fitness professional.
In this month’s editions of Integrative Movement Insider™ and on our Instagram page @iihfe, we are covering the Integrative Movement System™ Approach to Core Training…
And for the rest of the month, in honor of International Women’s Day, we’ll be specifically targeting the Female Core.
Starting tomorrow, Wednesday, and through the end of March, we’ll be sharing several assessments, corrective exercise strategies, and how to program core training specifically for your female clients who have had children, C’sections, hysterectomies, or breast, chest, abdominal, and back surgeries.
I’ll be on Facebook Live tomorrow, Wednesday at 12:00pm CST discussing exactly why you need to address the female core differently than the male core.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you do for your clients, your community, and our profession.
Dedicated to helping you make this year your best year ever as a health and fitness professional.
P.S. Next week, is the next stop on our Integrative Corrective Exercise Instructor™ Certification Program tour…Boston, MA.
It’s not too late to enroll and up-level your skillset, mindset, and business so you can make 2019 your best year ever as a heath and fitness professional!
